Moshe Rabbeinu's name does not appear anywhere in this week's Parsha. This is the only Parsha without his name, except for Parshiyos in Sefer Devarim. Moshe had told Hashem, Erase me from Your book, and the curse of a Talmid Chochom, even if conditional, is fulfilled. In most years, the day Moshe dies, 7 Adar, falls out in the week that we read Titzaveh (this year it was this past Sunday). This fulfills Moshe's wish.

And you shall bring Aharon your brother close to you (Shmos 28:10).
The Medrash states, 'Had Your Torah not been my preoccupation, then I would have perished in my affliction' (Tehillim 119:92). When Hashem told Moshe, 'Bring Aharon your brother close to you', Moshe felt bad. Hashem told him, 'The Torah was mine and I gave it to you'.
Why was Aharon appointed Kohen Gadol instead of Moshe? Because in order to bring the transgressors closer to Hashem, a leader who is closer to the people is needed, not one who is too distant from them. Moshe Rabbeinu, because of his elevated level, was not suited for this task. This can be compared to a rebbe who teaches his students Gemara and its commentaries. He would not be the one to teach young children Aleph Beis.
When Moshe felt bad that he would not be the Kohen Gadol, Hashem explained that this was because of his high level. The Torah was mine, Hashem said. I did not teach it Myself to Bnei Yisroel. I gave it to you so that you would teach them. You are in My stead for the people. They cannot learn it directly from Me. This same reasoning applies to the appointment of Kohen Gadol. Your level is too high to effect atonement for Bnei Yisroel and bring them close to Me. Only Aharon, who is closer to the people, is suited for this.

And I will dwell among Bnei Yisroel and I will be to them as The Al-Mighty (Shmos 29:25).
"The Al-mighty", Elokim, is the Name used to refer to Hashem's Attribute of Justice. Why is that being used here?
When a father truly loves his son, he will protect him well from danger and also exact punishment against those who plot to do him harm.
Since I will dwell among Bnei Yisroel and prove My love for them, I must also use My Attribute of Justice towards those that pursue them to cause them harm. I will be to them as The Al-Mighty.

The breastplate should not be moved off the Ephod (Shmos 28:28).
The commentaries count this as one of the 613 Mitzvos which a person is obligated to fulfill at all times. We know that the Torah is everlasting and applies to all people at all times. According to the poverty of my understanding, based on what knowledge Hashem has graciously bestowed upon me, we can explain that this Mitzvah applies today as well.
The breastplate went on Aharon's heart and the Hebrew word Ephod has the same numeric value as the Hebrew word Peh, mouth (85). Do not remove the breastplate (the heart) from upon the Ephod, the mouth. One's heart and mouth should communicate the same message. There should be no division between what one feels and what one says.

Engraved like a signet ring...for the twelve tribes (Shmos 28:21).
The Shamir worm, which was created at dusk on the sixth day of Creation, was used to perform the engraving. The letters of each Sheivet was written on the stones and then the Shamir was passed over each letter. The letters would be engraved when the Shamir was pulled away.
